Don't tell this ACC publicist that Matt Barkley is an O'Brien Award semifinalist after this twitter post on Florida State QB Christian Ponder.
``CP7 has 2,453 yards passing; 13 TDs; only 3 ints. doesn't that warrant consideration for O'Brien Award?''
