Attendance figures are all made up anyhow. The process really works where the AD is given the actual number and then they just add some for staff and make the number sound better than it is. It is done EVERYWHERE like this...also in the pros.
Leave it to some loser soccer fan to poo-poo an average attendance of over 80,000 at every game, by spinning meaningless numbers. Won't be long now before the Daily News closes its doors for good, and the LA Times is then the only source of USC news around here. But maybe Scott will then be hired by the Times sports section ... NOT!
If the LA Times cuts any more staff they won't have a sports page. Maybe the Daily News will hire T.J. to be Scott's assistant.
