No hatred here, all love

Rocco says that I am "fomenting hatred and violence toward my fellow man." Now surely you know in your heart Rocco, since you've "followed my journalism career," that I have never once encouraged violence or hatred, nor have I ever been violent and hateful. It's amazing how, as a God-fearing Christian, I am expected by some to be timid, tolerate, neutral and quiet. God hates sin! Pamela hates sin! God speaks out against sin. Pamela speaks out against sin. If that is what you call hatred toward my fellow man, then I don't know what to tell you. I didn't say I would judge sinners, God said that. I didn't say homosexuality was a sin. God said that too. I don't have a heaven or a hell to put anybody in, but believe me, some are going to both. I have always said hate the sin and love the sinner. That's all I'm trying to do here. Share the truth with as many as I can before it is everlasting too late.

Well this crazy Hale is back at her pulpit of putrefaction and trying to make up time for the months the PT had her as a "regular reporter." Funny you should bring up your "journalism career" when I have been writing and calling you for several years to please give us the details of said career and never even had the decency of a return call. What college did you go to? Where did you study theology and under whom? What degrees do you hold in this field.?
You have had ages to answer these important questions. I note there is no Reverend in front of your name. Are you even a minister and if so with what church? Since you will not give your credentials or lack there of I believe it is up to The Press-Telegram to research and report on this woman of hate's background.
Oh and the next time you and God have a little chat on sin would you please let us all know. I am sure millions and millions would love to actually hear the Words of God.

Unfortunately Pamela, just because you think you've correctly interpreted God's word doesn't mean you actually have. I've in the past asked you to comment on other aspects of the Bible apart from what you contend is condemnation of homosexuality. You've failed to do that. It appears that you put no critical thought into your religious dogma. For example, do you agree that a childless woman who becomes widowed must have sex with her late husband's brothers? It's in there. How about restrictions on eating pork or shellfish? Or do you contend that those passages are, as James Dobson (who also encourages the whipping of children as a positive means of parenting) once said, mere honor codes that are no longer relevant? The problem, of course, is that they appear in the same part of Leviticus as the passage you and your ilk, including Mr. Dobson, frequently quote. If you don't strictly believe in the other portions of the passage, how can you cling to just one? Again, I hear no actual thought put behind your statements to back them up. It's just the same broken record. Do you actually read ANY critical writings regarding homosexuality and the Bible apart from that which falls lockstep in your own personal views? Ever? As I said, just because YOU say it's so doesn't mean it is.
